Registration Proper and complete online registration is required to bid. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older to bid. By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all these Terms & Conditions and any other announced Terms & Conditions of auction or rules of this site. Auction company has sole discretion on who can and cannot place bids. HGWTllc does not have the ability to register bidders, we use a rented online platform and do not control registrations. Items Conditions All items are "SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no returns, exchanges, buybacks or refunds. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value, and any other determinative factor. Description & photos are offered as a guide only. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions. Be sure to read any description and HGWTllc recommends previewing all items in this auction personally on preview day. If no preview day is offered, please contact us to schedule a time. HGWTllc shall not be responsible for such errors as posting wrong photos for an item. If description does not match picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. Bidder shall be sole judge of value. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called out. Payment All invoices under $1000 will be charged to the card on file unless prior arrangements are made. Invoices in excess of $1000 must be paid by approved methods. ie Cash, Wire Transfer All invoices will be sent out showing a 15% buyers premium figured off the bidders total winning amount. Bidder waves their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Pick Up and Shipping Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at those slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate. We do not have alternate days. Breaching of Terms If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the terms & conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all charges and expenses incurred by Auction Company, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, and deficiencies and re-marketing expenses resulting from resale of the item(s) or property. Item pick up is April 21st From Noon til 6, at the home there is no secondary pick up time. If you cannot retrieve or have someone pick your items up, please do not bid on items. Any items not picked up on the this date will be left at the estate without any remidiation No shipping from Estate Auctions Invoices of less athan $1000 are charged to card on File at auction close unless prior arrangements are made. Payments over $1000 are payable via wire transfer or approved funds. To help mitigate the risk and slow the spread of Covid 19 we will implement the following changes to pick up. 1. Only 1 customer allowed in the home at a time, when you arrive stay in your vehicle until you are asked to exit. 2. Only Necessary help will be allowed to enter the home. 3. When you arrive please line up adjacent to tables in front of home. Someone will assist you from there. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases.
